Graphic and Web Design Course focuses on developing drawing and designing skills for Animation through study of various aspects of design tools, Basic Principles and communication of ideas.

Semester 1 – ART & design Basics¬¬
Introduction
This semester focuses on developing drawing and designing skills for Animation through study of design, anatomy, light & shade, perspectives along with the study of Basic Animation principles and timing for animation.
Objective
At the end of this semester, the student will be able to, discuss the concepts of design and animation fundamentals.
Final Outcome
The students will learn to appreciate art for animation, animation process, understand basics of animation, and convey their ideas through drawing. Student will have a profile of sketching.

Semester 2 – 2D Animation & Graphics Designing
Overview
students will apply their knowledge of drawing and concentrate on 2D Classical Animation Production – Drawing Keyframes, in-betweening, clean ups, line testing, digital ink and paint to 2D Digital Post Production by adding dialogues, sound effects and background music and final editing. This module will also focus on developing drawing and designing skills for publishing through study of creative layout designing, typesetting, image editing, Book cover designing, packaging designing and many more.

Overview
In this semester, students will apply their knowledge of Web designing by doing interface desining, coding a user friendly visualization
Objective
At the end of this semester, the student will be able to discuss, the process of web development.
Learning Outcome
The students have the knowledge of web development. The Students will gain proficiency in creating web sites for various topics, avenues such a corporates, tourism, Film, TV, and e-learning.

Semester 4 – 3D Animation
Objective
This semester concentrates on the process of 3D Realistic visualization. The focus is on various aspects of 3D Realistic visualization through 3D Modeling, Texturing, Materials, Camera Animation, Lighting and Final Rendering. The focus of this module is to understand the various processes of 3D Architectural visualization and concentrating on getting realistic Renders through software based on accurate measurements
Learning Outcome
The student would understand the 3D Realistic visualization and various aspects of the 3D production pipeline. The students would develop skills to create a 3D object model according to measurements provided , texture the model, Lighting and Rendering the scenes.

Semester 5 – vfx & sfx

Objective
This semester concentrates on the Post Production process in Animation and allows the student to effectively use the knowledge gained in the earlier semesters to develop a professional Show-reel with specialization in motion graphics.

Learning Outcome
The student would be able to discuss various aspects of Animation Production such as compositing, Chroma, rotoscopy, wire removal, 3d composting, visual effects, special effects, particles to further use in their 3D Animation Film production. The student will have the desired skills required for a compositor & motion graphic artist

Job Opportunities
The student can take up a career as compositor, roto artist, motion graphic artist in any Film, TV, Game or Ad production, the most desired profile in the animation industry and has the relevant animation film making skills to develop into an Animation Director.
